$100 Monthly Minimum: Retained for ongoing value and proof of work.
$300 + $300 Structure: A secure deposit and balance as the work progresses.
$10 Weekly Food & Transport: Because we know you cannot build while hungry.
10% Patent Share: For every winning project, 10% of the patent is shared equally among the 8-person team in each country.
Example: If a project generates $10,000, the team shares $1,000 (that's $125 per person).
Show proven success, and you can be retained as a Technical Hub Leader, Radio Teacher, or Textbook Author.
